1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("user" or "Client") and govern the use of the services provided by Facilitadora de Criptopagos S.A. de C.V. ("Cryptopayment Solutions" or the "Company"), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, as stated in the act of March 27, 2025 with number 20769 constituted before the faith of Mr. Víctor Guillermo Kanan Muñoz, Notary Public number 7 seven and of the federal real estate, with exercise in this judicial district, By accessing and using our services, you agree to fully comply with these Terms. 2. Definitions

To facilitate their understanding, the following terms will have the meaning attributed to them below**:**

AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

****A set of rules and processes aimed at preventing and detecting money laundering and terrorist financing activities.

Anti-Corruption and Good Government Secretariat

An agency of the Federal Executive Branch that disseminates knowledge of the right to the protection of personal data in Mexican society, promotes its exercise and monitors the due observance of the provisions provided for in the LFPDPPP and that derive from it.

ARCO Rights

Rights conferred on the owners of personal data under Mexican legislation, consisting of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition regarding the processing of their personal data.

Blockchain

Distributed and immutable ledger where cryptocurrency and digital asset transactions are stored, ensuring the transparency and verifiability of operations.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

A state-level privacy law in California, United States, that provides residents with rights over their personal data, including the right to know what information is collected, the right to delete personal data, the right to opt-out of the sale of data, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The CCPA applies to businesses that collect personal data from California residents and meet certain revenue or data volume thresholds.

Cryptopayment Solutions

Company that provides a platform to facilitate cryptocurrency payments.

Digital Wallet

Software or device used to store, send, and receive virtual assets. It can be a wallet held by third parties or a wallet self-managed by the User.
